What I find amazing, is that we live in the year of 2023, and have high speed computers, and technology, yet the Pony Express from 1860 could deliver a package quicker than the 2023 USPS.
I get packages all the time with my HVAC/R business and this is my experience. USPS is absolutely the worst. The only thing they offer is an attractive price and a billion excuses. Next up the ladder is FedEx. If they can find a driver and keep them for more than two weeks, they might be a good carrier. At the top, hands down, is UPS. Most stable and reliable BUT....the most expensive way to ship.
You get what you pay for.
As far as CC Specialties, I know Charlie quite well, and have so for about 20 yrs. He ships daily and uses the carrier specified by the customer. Once it leaves his shop, as one should know, it is out of his hands.
I don't know the circumstance of your order, but Charlie would know. Perhaps and email or a call would give you some information.
