Without any pictures or a detailed list, it is just a guess. Some people think that a rattle can special is a restoration. It depends on how the restoration was done. I have original factory tires on some of my cubs, as well, but they are weather checked or cracked as rubber deteriorates over time. People can price the parts you listed, but sadly, your cub is worth more parted out than intact. Long story short, without pictures or a detailed list, any estimate would not be accurate at all.
