What do you mean by " the battery draws down and I have to jump it to start??
Do you mean the battery goes dead over time? or it cranks and cranks, but does not start and draws the battery dead so you have to use a jumper battery.
or does it just turn the engine over so slow it will not start.
Does the battery test good when load tested?
Have you checked the battery terminals and wires on both ends, to see/insure they are clean and tight.
