As stated you are working on a Cub cadet 1450 Garden tractor.
it has a 38A mowing deck attachment installed on it.
It can have various attachments to do many jobs, that can quickly be attached.
The Garden tractor has a model number on the left frame rail near your left ankle or toes sitting in the driving position with your feet on the floor boards.
This should help you getting parts for the tractor if you have that number.
it does not have a oil filter but does have a hydraulic filter, it is located between your legs on the underside of the tractor.
