Yes, you have to buy the mule drive. It will hold your mower deck and have the pulleys for your drive belt for the mower. You can go to the Cub Cadet Parts lookup, link at the top of the home page. Start cross referencing parts and that will help you figure out what will match up with you tractor. And start shopping used, that is really the only choice you have. Yes there will be a ot of time and work on your part to get where your going. It's the nature of owning and maintaining 50 year old tractors.
