Tripod is exactly what I was thinking. I have plenty of lumber just laying around. Someone gave me a 1,000lb winch a couple years back, and it would mount perfectly on a 4x4. My shop ceiling is about 20 feet over my head, and when I move later this year it'll be a rental place where they will likely frown on me bolting things to the garage rafters. Regardless of how I do it, it's got to be better than trying to do it by hand!

Anyways, on topic, I put the rear end back on the Mystery Cub this evening! She's on her own wheels, and is starting to look like a tractor again!
