As already mentioned, there are many variations of these steering assemblies.
The most noticeable in the Cubs would be the lengths, however, you can always mix & match where possible.
The 122 and 125 have different pedestal configurations, specifically height, which would require different length assemblies, thus the difference in the 122 and 125 part nubers for the shaft (cam &tube).
The supersede number (703-1085) refers to a COMPLETE assembly, not just the shaft. So it would probably be fine for both tractors.
