First you got to make sure that you have a good battery to crank it over and check all your connections and see if there all clean and tight. If that's not it then it sounds like you may have some carb issues. You may be flooding the engine, you maybe choking it too much or your float on the carb may be stuck open and the combustion chamber is too full off fuel and it wont let the engine turn over. Check your oil and see if it smells like gas.
