Dang the base of that tower was bad. Whole thing seems to have crumbled apart.
I spotted another issue with your old dash tower, too...
There's an ammeter in it!
The 123 did not come stock with an ammeter, so someone at some point drilled a big hole right in the center of the dash to mount it...
