A hardwood 1x2 or 2x2, placed into the PTO's pulley groove, and angled as far backwards as possible, alternating from the right and left sides of the engine, tap it forward, switch sides, tap again.
I use the term "tap" with some vagueness. Start with Spiderman taps, move up to Ironman scale taps, then eventually, if needed, to Thor level taps with a BFH. It may come off with the bearing, or without.
Key is to alternate sides, working it off bit by bit.
