Most likely the shift forks loosened up. They may just need tightening or like one I had in my 126 cracked. I was able to repair the cracked one I had.
Pull your fenders, unbolt shifter. The forks bolt on and clamp to the rods. If they are loose and slip on the rods that is the problem. See if they can be tightened.
