Disconnect the linkage going to the hydro and see if the pedals move easily. The left side one on mine was binding so I lubed it up good and worked it back and forth. This solved my problem and maybe it will yours too. Let us know what you find.
Just wanted to thank you let you know that one of the bushings you told me about was the problem. A little heat and I removed it, cleaned the shaft and bushing and assembled with a dab of grease. Now it's perfect! Pedals are as smooth as silk.
