After a few hours of modifications the blade now lifts sky high! Had to pick up some Mapp gas to get the new straight lift rod hot enough to bend to clear the engine panels and most of the fiberglass side panel. The fiberglass engine side panel needed to be trimmed to allow the lift arm to travel. The new parts have yet to be painted. Dont expect support from Xtreme Motor works as my email was never responded to. If you have more metal working tools and experience than I do you can save some moola by making your own parts.
