Not a bad looking machine but needing some work, I think your offer of 200 is fair the way it sits ,If it runs and doesn't have any major mechanical issues, if the deck is decent and the spindles are good, I've passed up some that looked bad for more money and bought some really nice ones for 250-300 ! good luck either way
