I do both, to a point. I have 7 now, soon to add 3 more, maybe 4. All but my 1200 run and are used, with the exception of the 123, which is going to be my first real restoration... I hope. The 1200 Is a parts machine, as the transmission has problems, and I stole parts from it for the 1650 snd 1250 anyway. I tried to sell my 782 for 150 over all the money i had in it, but it wasn't suitable for the job the buyer needed it for. If I had the opprotunity to sell, I would, but only to keep the hobby going. Prices up here fluctuate a lot. People are reasonable, and 550 for a non running tractor in good shape from honest folk is more than reasonable. I buy every cub for sale that I see up here, and all but 2 that I know of havd been through my shop for repair by my small engine business started by this hobby. That's just my .02
