Seems like the snow blower would come in handy in your area and as Ole' George mentioned, its your grandfather's cub and after spending 10 years looking for my dad's old 106 that he would use to pull my siblings and I around the yard in, with no success, I would also recommend that you put some thought into it before it sells.
That said, I just bought an 1872 with slightly over 600 hrs, very similar condition with a deck that needed some holes welded up for less than $600. It did not have the snow blower, which I would value around $300. However, I think that I found a really nice deal for it, so I would price it at $1500 and probably go no lower than $1100 or $1200 for it.
Life's not about making the right choices, since no one ever does all of the time. Its about making the choice right, so no matter what you decide, it will become the right choice!
