Something is not being reassembled in correct sequence. IE washer,spacer,bushing in wrong, upside down, backwards.
If it's just one spindle, try this. Remove another spindle and put used one in the location you have been putting the new one in. Pay close attention to how the one in other location comes apart and reassemble it same way. Let us know what happened.
