So what I did was cut some small strips from a feeler gauge (.008) and put one on either side of the shaft and one on top of the key and it took the movement right out of it. That saved me at least $50 by not having to buy another Starter pulley. I did add a longer set screw with a jam nut but that may interfere with the PTO on the back side. I can't check to see if that'll be a problem since I don't have my new/rebuilt PTO yet.
