I’m out here looking at it now. It appears that the head bolt is broken in there but pretty sure I can get that out and I will for sure consider replacing the head gasket. Here are a couple pics of the PTO. It appears that maybe there should be something that brakes the PTO from moving when you have the lever unengaged. Is that correct?
