Keep in mind, If you have NO implements installed with the belt on the PTO pulley, that PTO pulley will likely turn with the motor running. The PTO has no brake and the implements installed to it provides resistance to keep pulley from turning when disengaged.

I appreciate the heads up about the missing bolt. I am new to the tractor world so I definitely appreciate all the help I can get. I plan to get a bolt installed over the weekend and i hope to meet up with the guy that has the mower deck and accessories that I've been inquiring about. It's a stretch but I hope to have all of that installed over the next weekend or two.
I see in your signature that you have a 124. Which implements do you run on your machine and do you use hydraulics? I'm considering adding the hydraulic lift to mine.
