At the Mobil 1 site, I typed in my zip code, it found 25 places that sold Mobil 1 nearby,,

ONLY 1 of the 25 are listed as "Participating Retailers ",, (That one is NAPA)

AND Walmart is shown as a nearby seller,,,,
