I've taken a hammer and tapped bent pushrods straight and used them with no problem. Once the reason they bent in the first place was taken care of.

Bent push rods straight huh?? Okay. I will not be doing that no matter how well its worked for you. The reason I wont. Is why take the chance on having a weakened rod rebending and ending up down in the cam or lower? The rods are 5 bucks a piece

I know the stamped ones are fine. But in no way of the same quality. Just cheaper to make
