Thanks Fred. That's weird, I had looked at Mcmaster and Grainger and couldnt determine if they were heavy duty I even looked up part numbers on Spirol site but the distinction wasnt clear. Your link says Heavy Duty right up top. BUT the picture is a 2 layer hollow center pin. Maybe that threw me off? Anyway thanks for the link!
