Spent the last few hours trying to find some info on latest find..learned allot here. I just happened to pick up a 982 today. Didn't know much about them though. This one is basic, 50" deck, no dual brake, rear PTO, or extra hydraulics. Thought it was Kohler powered, but I guess it's an Onan?? Couple of things need attention (probably going to need some help), but seems to be a nice tractor. I own a few yellow and white tractors, but this is my first red one. It is a super size. I'm over 6' and it fits great. I will post pics later.
