Just wanted to say thanks to all that replied with suggestions on the sleeve hitch install. After much body twisting and all that goes with that I was able to get the lift bar and plate installed on the 100. For those that have not attempted this you DO have to unbolt the ratchet on the lift lever. With that unbolted and the spacer removed the rest falls into place. Thanks for all the patience shown by those that replied and for the link to the install manual. On to the next task.
