From the description you provided, $200 with attachment. Pictures will help so much more! Potentially, if you had it running, it is worth alot more.....even with pictures we can possibly value it for more too. Rusted muffler probably doesn't matter, the hood is a plus even not painted if it is a correct replacement, snow blower could be pristine or worn out.....like I said, a picture is worth 1,000 words.
