Hi,
Has anyone converted a qa-36 thrower to qa-36a? From what I’ve been able to see in photos and exploded parts diagrams, it looks like the primary difference is the quick attach yoke is adjustable on the A. My father in law gave me a qa-36, but I have a 1650 wide frame. I was thinking that it doesn’t look like it would be too bad to cut the yoke and make a plate, so that it basically is a qa-36a.

If anyone has done it, and has advice or prints, I would be glad for the help.
