I tested the head gasket replacement today and set the balance of the carb lean/rich per the manual. Ready to test the rototiller again. Got three rows of potatoes in and then rototilled a big area for my neighbor when the head gasket blew. I was having to fight with fwd/rev lever the whole time running the tiller thinking how nice it will be when we figure that out.
Now that the tiller seems to be working my wife wants a crop of broom corn, oats, and a few others as well. Going to test that Cub in the next week. I guess it's worth fixing the fwd/rev linkage before doing all that work.
