Without pictures, no idea why the belt would keep coming off. There are two belts (Cub Cadet 123 referenced this). Which belt?

I have no idea to what you are referring.
I was a beginner once. But I never felt like giving up on a repair project..... especially a lawn tractor. They are pretty easy machines.
I like new parts.
