There is not such thing as a "standard length" to adjust a tie rod to. You have to do each and every tractor individually.

Disconnect the drag link from the steering box to the front left spindle.
Set the toe in. I shoot for between 1/8" and 1/4".
Then, connect the drag link between the steering box and the front left spindle.
Set the length of it so that it steers the same in both directions.

Pretty easy.
