I am fully aware of the problem with the "403 Error". It is NOTHING to do with OCC. Some of our files are stored on 3rd Party Websites. The problem escalated on July 1, when Google implemented their demands for "secure" websites. Although OCC implemented the procedure and requirements, some Websites did not. Thus the "hand shake" between secure and non-secure Websites can and does cause some issues. For the last two weeks, I have been trying to deal with the "third parties". It is getting tiresome to send e-mails and waiting 3 to 4 days, if at all, in getting a reply.
Today, I have jumped to Plan B in signing up for a dedicated Storage Site. I have tried it out and it seems to be working well. The downside is, there is a lot of files to upload and/or transfer to this site. I have started the process but it is going to take some time.
