You’re experiencing a big volt drop under load as the solenoid coil is a load. You need to figure out if drop is occurring upstream or downstream from key switch. Look at print that iron man posted a while back, batt positive starts at battery to start solenoid large post then control wire goes from that lug to amp gauge then to key switch. I’m thinking you still have a poor connection that you have not addressed yet. Hold in start position and start testing at solenoid coil and work your way back to battery.
