Mine does that when it’s super cold out too. Needs a bigger battery. I hook up my battery starter to it and it’ll crank it over fast enough to get it going. I’m betting a magnetic block heater on the hydro case would go a long way to letting it spin faster without a new battery. Having to turn that hydro pump with cold thick hydro fluid is probably the cause more than the cold engine oil, especially since those K series engines are just splash lubricated.
