You can buy one if you want. I have not bought one, as I usually just rebuild my carbs. If they are beyond repair, I have several.
Others have bought them, and member dvogtvpe (engine extraordinaire) bought one just to tear down and compare to the Kohler carbs. He said they were basically the same. Minor differences in the internal circuits of the carb. Otherwise, took all the same basic parts, and did function comparably. Worth the $30 if you need one.
