I really prefer the wide frames over the narrow frames, and for no other reason than just my preference. I have read the wide frames are stronger.. but I'm not so sure that's true. I do like the access in the wide frame, and the engine arrangement. I also like the quiteline series much better myself, the ISO mounts can be troublesome, but when they are right as in factory like restored it's a great setup in my opinion. I'm working on a 149 for my son right now, and I also like this setup... I have read the 149 and similar models (129, 169 etc and gear drives) may be the best models made because many people don't like the quitlines. I want to try a 782 (diesel would be outstanding) or similar model as I think these may also be a great model.. heck they are all good, but everyone needs a wideframe in their arsenal.
