Done some more research. The 190-450 snowblower needs Mounting Kit 190-448 to be mounted on a SGT (ie: 982, etc).
Within that kit, the 754-0341 ----->
954-0341 belt is used. Thus that would be the correct belt.
Here is another Cub Cadet error in their Parts Manuals or Web Site. There was NO reference to a different belt being used in SGT applications. I found this doing a "backward cross reference".
Thus, "sbauerz28" was correct and I was wrong.
