Welcome to the group! I'm up in Ramsey not too far from Elk River.
Two places come to mind, but not for good reasons. Bill Bune in Anoka is one place I stopped when I was doing exactly what you're doing - a K241 for a 100 - but he was very high in price. Don's Small Engine & ATV in Coon Rapids also used Bill Bune though a hefty markup on the services was incurred. I finally had Lloyd's Cylinder Heads in Rogers do the work which while being pretty good price wise the work wasn't as good as I hoped.
A gentleman I ran into a long time ago told me to call around to the hardware stores that do repair on lawn mowers & snowblowers full-time to get a recommendation where they go for services.
