Well, it is the weekend. Give us a little time and somebody will probably come by and help.
I am not sure what your weather strips look like, but JC Whitney used to carry a lot of stuff that was used on older cars and trucks. Usually tractor equipment used common things on the part they were making.
Search for universal weatherstrip or something like that. I would be willing to bet you can find it. Maybe a camper supply place as well.
