Hey Guys,

I have a lead on two different engines.. I want to do a repower on one of my IH built 782's at some point in the future..

Looking for tips, tricks and what parts I should grab

The first engine is from a 2084.. what parts should I grab that I may need.. I know I will need the complete engine, mounting plate, clutch and muffler/shields etc.. I can get other parts from the tractor... just not the whole unit..

The second engine is from an 1864.. same deal... what parts should I get?

Is either engine better than the other for the repower?

Any tips, or suggestions appreciated... Ive never dug into the repower side of things.

I like the old opposed twins but I have two tired ones and have a chance at either one of these commands at a good price.
