Had a 1st for me. Out of all the Cubs I've drug in, then shoved out of my garage('s), I've never had the expansion plug in the front of the rear end housing leak. Well this 1450's PO had smeared silicone about 3/8" thick all over that area. After tear down and cleaning I replaced the cork gasket, assuming they "siliconed" the expansion plug not knowing it was coming from above. But, NO! Since assembled and filled, I ended up with a wet spot! And it was most definitely coming from around the exp plug. I figured since a new plug is installed by "pounding" it flatter, I.E. increasing the diameter inside the hole, I whacked the snot out of it with a brass drift and it appears to have sealed up! YAY! So much happier sitting and looking at my tractor with beer dripping down my chin, than watching MORE expensive hytran dripping on the floor.
.oh, and I got the graphics on as well.
