Look at it this way. If all that plastic is good, it costs about $1000 to replace if from the dealer.
The three point? I don't know. Seems like I have seen prices of $4-500 for that here. Could be wrong about that as I don't play the three point game.
The power steering is worth something. $150-$200? Tires/wheels? Tunnel cover? Mud flaps on the rear fenders?
If you're selling in desperation, contact me. Otherwise, fix what needs to be fixed. It probably won't take much more than some head scratching.
