I'm not sure why I never saw these replies but thank you for the input, If the tractor sat for a bit at idle it would move again so that ruled out the driveshaft, we ended up swapping the rear out and made the pull, he made the first pass with 750 lbs but the 2nd run he got 13 inches and she just sat there, plenty of motor, ran out of Hydro, we trucked it home and started pulling the rear, I already found a standard, now im sourcing the clutch parts before he steals them off my 128, ( hes been eyeballing it a lot lately.) This club is the only one around and its a stone boat pulling club, were only aloud to fill the tires or wheel weights but not both, we can run a deck but no external weights besides the wheels, Watching the other pullers i noticed a couple things like decks bottoming out or wheelie bars hitting the ground and that would be it, especially when the track got soft ( tore up ). this type of pull really puts the cubs at a disadvantage because they are so light in comparison to some of the other tractors, rear engine mounted tractors seem to dominate. Any advice would be helpful, I am definitely done with the hydro though.
