I've disconnected all linkage possible. I'll keep soaking it and tapping it around. On a hydro tractor, should the speed lever be able to be moved freely with the engine off? AND not touching the brake pedal? I did notice before I disconnected the brake rockshaft and the bottom of the speed control linkage, the brake pedal wouldn't depress all the way, maybe an inch short of where the park brake lever could be engaged.
