I'm a newbie to Cub but a veteran at restoring everything from metal lathes to Radios, Edison Cylinder players, Bobcats ect..... Now a Cub 105 with a wiring problem where the engine will not shut off with the key, it sounds like it's dieseling and the "Bat" terminal wire on the V/R get so hot it melts only after the key is turned off while trying to kill the tractor. Any ideas??? New starter generator, new V/R, new ignition switch all installed.
