I'll throw in my two cents. Thus far I've ordered five sets from them. The last set was for my 782. I goobered up one hood side, and called them to order just the one.
The lady on the other end asked, what happened, and I told her, installer error. She giggled, and said we'll get you a replacement. I asked, do you have my address, she said yes, it'll go out this afternoon. I said how much? She said, and I quote, "nothing, we all make mistakes".
Right there, is how you take care of your customers. Wasn't there fault, but she still took care of it. A++ in my book.
