Like Tim said.. we run 80W90 with no issues at all.. but It doesn't get cold here..
If you can't find Hytran or a suitable equivalent just pick up some SAE 30 engine oil.. that's what IH used... The gear drives aren't picky! 
P.S. We buy our Hytran from a Case IH dealer... not a Cub Cadet dealer.. It is quite a bit cheaper at the IH AG dealers
