Don't know about the 127's
but I find on dirt/uneven surfaces on the 782's, it is easier for
me to mount the mule drive/gear box first,-- then slide the thrower up to it and put the lower shaft in, to marry the 2 together.
You do have to put the spline shaft into the yoke, before you slide it all the way together.
And it makes them easier to move around/store/lift as 2 units.
But it is just my way of skinning a cat.
