Check the muffler mounting bracket. The mounting bracket on my muffler was broke in two. Also the metal housing around the muffler has a tendency to crack and have loose spots. I welded the bracket back together and did some light spot welding on the broken tin around the muffler. I know it won't be a permanent fix, but works for now. You will like the 1450. More than likely you need to check your hydro adjustment and also visually see if the hydro trunion is wore and damaged. If you or a friend can weld, it should be an easy fix. I was able to fix mine with my very limited welding skills.
