I started the mock up today, I started by removing the rear end from the 1450. The rear end is very dirty so it will be getting some new seals and the trunion is in need of some serious help. Once the rear end was out I switched the brake pedal from the 1450 into the 149 donor frame, the 1450 pedal sticks out further from the frame as seen in the pics below. I've had a rebuild kit and a cut crank sitting here for a while so fortunately I don't have that expense right now, I grabbed a bare block off the self and will be dropping it off at the machine shop tomorrow. i plan to put this entirely together so i can make sure the rear end functions as it should and to test fit the sheet metal, i will probably barrow an engine from another cub for the test run.
