I passed on one last month that was a 125 with lights and hydraulic lift for $350 and now I have regrets.
I just got too busy with my loader to move on it.
Mike, tread softly on the negotiation. His price sounds good on the unit, but you could always ask him, "Is that your best price on it?" just to see if there is any wiggle room. Take some extra cash with you just in case you see something else he has for sale or maybe he has an attachment sitting around that you would also like to pick up from him.
